How can strategic packaging
and storytelling align across diverse SKUs to create a premium experience that drives measurable commercial growth?
THE PROBLEM
Folkulture is a premium home décor and lifestyle e-commerce brand bridging traditional craftsmanship with modern global sensibilities. Their home fragrance category, spanning incense collections to essential oil wellness sets, needed a packaging system that could hold together across a diverse SKU range without losing its premium feel. I led that development end-to-end.
THE PROCESS
The answer started with one insight: packaging today functions as both a physical product and a digital touchpoint, and it needs to perform at both simultaneously.

Every design was built around immediacy and clarity, structured layouts, refined typography, and visual storytelling elevated enough to feel premium but legible enough to communicate at a glance. Across every SKU, the system maintained coherence while giving each product its own distinct visual world.

This thinking extended directly into Folkulture's Amazon presence, where I developed listing carousels that translated the packaging into a digital-first experience, aligning product storytelling with platform behaviour to create a seamless journey from discovery to purchase. The packaging didn't just look premium. It performed like it.
