RIGHTWALK
branding & visual identity design | brand strategy
How can we leverage minimalist B2B principles to transform a non-profit identity into a high-performance vehicle for social advocacy and institutional trust?
THE PROBLEM
Navigating a tension most brands never face, how do you design for an organisation dismantling systemic inequality, where the visual language needs to carry both human empathy and structural authority simultaneously? Too warm, and it loses institutional credibility. Too corporate, and it loses the grassroots soul that makes the mission worth believing in.

Developed at Pangolin, a B2B design agency, RightWalk was a strategic pivot from consumer aesthetics into the disciplined world of mission-driven tech and non-profit branding, a landscape with its own unforgiving rules.
THE PROCESS
The answer started with a metaphor. The 'Power of the Pen' is reimagined not as a writing instrument but as a strategic tool of advocacy. A symbol of the kind of quiet, persistent power that dismantles inequality not through force but through relentless documentation, argument, and voice.

Distilling this metaphor into a minimalist brand architecture became the central design challenge. Every visual decision had to do double duty, carrying emotional resonance for the communities RightWalk serves, while projecting the institutional clarity that funders, partners, and policymakers expect. Fierce in its conviction. Disciplined in its execution.
THE PROOF
A cohesive brand ecosystem for RightWalk's identity that delivers its message of equity with both emotional weight and professional authority, ensuring the organisation is taken as seriously as the cause it represents.
